Servant leadership could add value to leader-follower interactions in the distance and virtual business environments. Neufield, Wan, and Fang (2010) are right: with the growing scope of remote work arrangements and increased workforce dispersion, choosing the most suitable leadership style has become an unachievable task. Nonetheless, leaders keep influencing their followers, and the quality of leader performance remains an essential factor of organizations’ performance, even at a distance (Neufield et al., 2010). Bank Statement
Upon admission to GW, international students will be required to provide a bank statement before an I-20 Form can be issued. The bank statement should be an original letter from the sponsor’s bank on official bank letterhead, verifying their ability to provide the funds stated on the Financial Certificate.
First-Year Application Steps
The second binding deadline for Early Decision is January 5. If admitted, you agree to attend GW, submit a non-refundable enrollment fee by your deposit deadline and withdraw applications submitted to other colleges.
If you are receiving a scholarship or sponsorship from your home government, an international organization, a company, or employer you must provide a signed letter on official letterhead addressed to GWU specifying the start and end dates of the sponsorship, the amount, the currency type, what the funds will cover, and terms of the sponsorship.
Complete and submit the Common Application for first-year applicants or the Transfer Common Application for transfer applicants.
Also, applicants are expected to submit a mid-year report from their senior year which includes grades for all classes. For Early Decision I students, first quarter or first trimester grades will fulfill this requirement.

Washington succeeded in creating the American army and, with the help of the timely involvement of France, he was able to defeat the British. The United States of America became a new nation, but it was governed by the Articles of Confederation, which resulted in a weak national government. This caused problems for the new nation, because the federal government basically had less power than the individual state governments. Washington supported a stronger national government and also a standing national army and in a letter now referred to as the Circular Letter, he urged the strengthening of the national government. Washington was named the President of the Constitutional Convention when it met in 1787 to draft a new constitution.
